Days 9 and 10...condensed...for your pleasure

As the title suggests, I have condensed yesterday and today into one post. Why? Because I am too tired to do separate posts and I just want to get stuff up here and then go to bed. Sculpt was all I wanted it to be...and so much more. Pain, sweat, intense breathing, I had it all. And I hope it does the trick.

Tuesday menu

Breakfast
Strawberry Banana low-fat yogurt

No 1st snack

Lunch
A piece of leftover lasagna from Monday's dinner
small romaine lettuce salad w/ 2oz ranch dressing

2nd snack
Cheez-It 100-cal snack pack

Dinner
2 plain hamburger patties
2 helpings fried potatoes
Strawberry-banana smoothie

All meals/snacks accompanied by lots of water

Sweat tonight was as intense as Monday...got a little more accomplished...more sweat...more pain. Not digging Tony's "kids"...they make me laugh with their silly faces. On to Sculpt for tomorrow.

Wednesday menu

Breakfast
Special K Red Berries cereal bar
Banana
6oz orange juice

1st break
6 baby carrots w/ ranch dressing

Lunch
Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza
100-cal Doritos snack pack

2nd snack
100-cal Cheez-It snack pack

Dinner
6oz Filet Mignon
Steak fries w/ cheese and bacon
garden salad w/ ranch dressing

Again, nothing but water

Keep pushin' play people
